TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENGAGEMENT

i.Rental duration shall not be less than two (2) weeks with two (2) weeks upfront payment. For longer durations terms of payment can be agreed upon.

ii.The client shall bear cost of Krane services i.e. transporting generator in/out, to be arranged and supervised by STAR RIVER PARK HOLDINGS.

iii.The company shall service and maintain the hired/rented generator by giving the client 48 hours written notice. All communications in this regards will by hand writing.

iv.The client shall provide full electrical wiring not limited to electrical cables but also shall install a generator change over (manual or Automatic) of recommended amperage.NOTE:STAR RIVER PARK HOLDINGS reserves the right to refund rental amounts or unused rental payments made by clients for substandard electrical wiring and installations i.e. not limited to cables and change overs.

v.The company does not provide external fuel storage tank unless the generator has no inbuilt fuel tank. Fuel tank for running the generator shall be provided by the client during the lease period. In the event that the need arises, the company shall bear the cost of production and installation of such.

vi.Any inferior electrical wiring/installations that would be damaged/ exploded during the usage of the generator and its attendant damages i.e. fire out break or damage to gadgets and appliances shall not be theresponsibility of STAR RIVER PARK HOLDINGS. Clients shall be required to insure their properties (movable/immovable) against accidental fire and natural disasters with a reputable insurance company.

vii.In the event that the generator develops a fault/breakdown during the duration of renting the client shall notify the company and ourpr ofessional technicians will be dispatched immediately to attend to the fault. Should the fault prolong un-resolved a replacement generator shall be installed.
